The ORTC is developing the 41-mile ORT which is part of the Rivers of Steel National Heritage Area, Lewis & Clark Trail, Pittsburgh-Wheeling Trail, Cleveland-Pittsburgh Trail, and the Underground Railroad Bicycle Route. The ORT is a key segment in the connection of greenways in MD, OH, PA and WV. One goal is to link the Great Ohio Lake-to-River Greenway in OH to the Great Allegheny Passage in PA forming a mega-trail from the great lakes region to our nation's capitol. www.ohiorivertrail.org
