People & Community Goal: Connect the Regional Trail System
Create a comprehensive regional trail network. 
Intended Outcome: Increase recreational opportunities, economic development related to trails and a greater sense of regional connectedness.
Strategies:
- Develop a complete regional map of current trails, planned trails and potential corridors.
- Convene partners.
- Prepare a comprehensive development plan & funding strategy.
- Expand community development projects in trail communities.
